Notice of Public Hearing

New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System

Fiscal Year 2015 Annual Fee Report and Assessment of Fees

Take notice that the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) will hold a public hearing on the Fiscal Year (FY) FY 2015 Annual Fee Report and Assessment of Fees for the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) program. The NJPDES program regulates wastewater discharges from public and privately owned wastewater management systems, including certain stormwater discharges as well as the disposal of residuals from treatment systems.

   The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, beginning at 9:00 A.M. The hearing will close when all testimony has been heard.

   The public comment period on the FY 2015 Annual Fee Report and Assessment of Fees will remain open until April 15, 2015. Please submit written comments to:

   A written notice that the FY 2015 Annual Fee Report and Assessment of Fees is available for viewing on the Department's website at http://www.nj.gov/dep/dwq/njpdesfees.html will be mailed to NJPDES permittees on or about March 16, 2015. Any person may also request a paper copy of the Report by contacting the Office of Permit Management at (609) 984-4428.
