The Director's action in this matter is pursuant to the procedural requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 119 and is based upon the record of the public hearings conducted by Ohio EPA on November 29, 2016 and December 19, 2016.

The amended rules are available on Ohio EPA's web page at: http://epa.ohio.gov/dapc/regs/3745_100.aspx.
