The Proposed Massachusetts Year 2016 Integrated List of Waters, which represents the most recent update on the status of Massachusetts' waters, is now available for public comment and review. This report is submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency every 2 years in fulfillment of the reporting requirements of Sections 305(b) (Summary of Water Quality Report) and 303(d) (List of Impaired Waters) of the Clean Water Act.

Written comments on the 2016 “Integrated List” should be submitted no later than October 23, 2017 to:
