October 2017-DRAFT Design Criteria for Review of Sewage Works Construction Plans and Documents

The Division of Water Resources proposes the above draft Design Criteria Chapter 1.  Comments may still be submitted by the state engineering community and other interested parties on the proposed revision of Chapter 1 of the  Design Criteria dealing with submittal requirement for plans, specification and engineering reports concerning sewage (wastewater) treatment and conveyance projects in accordance with TDEC Rule 040-40-02 of December 16, 2013. 

Division of Water Resources staff will, upon consideration of comments received and final decision by the Office of General Council and the Board of Water Quality, Oil & Gas, make a decision about implementation on November 1, 2017.
