Brief Explanation and Rationale for Changes:  On March 9, 2018 MassDEP promulgated final amendments to 310 CMR 7.00 Air Pollution Control that rescind 310 CMR 7.17 Conversions to Coal; 310 CMR 7.21 Sulfur Dioxide Emissions Limitation; 310 CMR 7.22 Sulfur Dioxide Emissions Reductions for the Purpose of Reducing Acid Rain, and 310 CMR 7.45 The Massachusetts Green Fleet Program.  These regulations were outdated and/or had been superseded.

Name & Citation of Regulation(s): Final amendments to 310 CMR 7.24(3) Distribution of Motor Vehicle Fuels

Brief Explanation and Rationale for Changes:  On March 9, 2018 MassDEP promulgated final amendments to 310 CMR 7.24(3) Distribution of Motor Vehicle Fuels to update the list of Stage I Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) Systems certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) since January 2, 2015, the date the Stage I regulations were last revised.  The Stage I regulations require gasoline dispensing facilities to use CARB-certified EVR equipment to capture gasoline vapors from storage tanks.
